What we collect

We collect the information you submit through our forms: your name, contact details, trip or service details, and any documents you choose to upload for a driver, vehicle owner or partner application. We also record basic website activity such as pages viewed and the source of your visit.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, prepare quotes, coordinate vehicles and drivers, keep a record of your bookings, and screen applications for driver placement, vehicle onboarding and partnerships.

Who can see it

Access is limited to authorised AxisFleet staff according to their role. Where a trip requires a partner vehicle or driver, we share only the operational details needed to carry out that trip. Uploaded identity, licence, registration and insurance documents are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible.

Retention and your choices

We keep business records such as bookings, quotes and payments for as long as needed for operational and accounting purposes. You may ask us to correct your details or to remove information that we are not required to keep, by contacting us.
