Content on this website, including vehicle listings and starting rates, is provided for information and is subject to change. Starting rates are based on standard booking conditions and are not an offer of guaranteed availability or final price.

Booking requests

• Every submission is a request, not a confirmed booking. You receive a reference so the request can be tracked.
• Availability is verified by AxisFleet before a quote is issued.
• A booking is confirmed only once AxisFleet confirms availability in writing and the deposit conditions are met.
• Final pricing depends on itinerary, distance, duration, standby time, the vehicle allocated and availability.

Quotes, deposits and payment

Quotes are valid until the expiry date shown on the quote. Deposit amounts and payment instructions are supplied with your quote by our team; they are never published on this website. Proof of payment is verified by AxisFleet before a booking is marked as paid.

Changes, substitutions and cancellation

Changes to date, route, duration or vehicle may change the price and depend on availability. If an allocated vehicle becomes unavailable, AxisFleet may offer a comparable alternative for your approval. Cancellation terms applicable to your booking are stated on your quote before you pay a deposit.

Conduct and liability

Passengers must follow the lawful instructions of the chauffeur. AxisFleet may decline or end a trip where safety, legality or vehicle condition is at risk.
